The Textile Sector Needs New Competence-Based Roles

The SiT (Sustainability in TCLF) study concluded that new skill sets are required to make the textile sector more sustainable.

Led by the Estonian Academy of Arts and involving organizations from 12 countries, the study highlighted the need to establish new roles such as Biotextile Technician and Recycling Manager. The competencies for these roles were defined, and their profiles can be explored here:
