Two-month mentorship program:

Online
There will be 1-2 webinars per week. Most of webinars will be followed by online group and/or individual mentoring sessions. Homeworks will help you to move forward with your goals set on 12 April 2025. Webinars will be recorded.
The final demo-day of the program will be conducted online on 13 June 2025. To the final demo-day we will invite those participants who will actively participate in the program and fulfill at least 70% of homeworks.

Program Mentors and Topics
Our program brings together experienced professionals who understand both entrepreneurship and digital transformation. During the kick-off event, mentors will help you choose your digitalization goals for the program. Then, throughout the two-month mentorship period, you’ll receive guidance on how to implement these goals.
The program topics will include, for instance: code vs no-code solutions, task definition for and communication to front- and back-end developers, personas and customer journey, e-marketing and measuring efficiency of marketing activities, email marketing, holistic approach to branding, AI and non-AI tools, automation tools, SEO, domains and hosting, cybersecurity and personal data protection, digital sustainability, User Experience/User Interface accessibility.
Program Language
The program language will be adapted to participants’ needs. Both English and Russian are possible working languages, with the final choice depending on the group composition.
*All program activities – the offline kick-off event, coffee breaks and lunch on 12 April 2025 as well as two months of online mentoring support – come with no participation fee thanks to the co-financing by Startup Estonia.
