Rasmus Wiinstedt Tscherning  Founder & CEO, Creative Business Cup
   He has worked as Managing Director of CKO – Center for Cultural and Experience Economy (2009-15). Chairman of the European Creative Industries Alliance, appointed by the European Commission (2012-15). Co-chair of OMC Group on Access to Finance for Cultural and Creative Sectors (2014-15). Advisory Board Member Wallonia European Creative District, Copenhagen Business School, Master in Management of Creative Business Processes. Member of the Board for the Danish Cultural Institute and Roskilde Business College.

 

Andres Kütt Cybernetica
 Andres Kütt has his key skills in design, analysis and planning of
complex systems be it organisations, software systems or courses in a university. He has been responsible for architecture of very different information systems from a governmental agency to a global communications software provider with tens of millions of concurrent users. He has been in the software business for more than two decades and experiences a variety of development models in both private and public sector.

 

Linnar Viik e-Governance Academy Programme Director
When traversing the European tech scene of the last 20 years, you’ll likely run into Linnar. He’s a former executive at Skype and Fortumo, advisor at the Nordic Investment Bank, and Board Member of the European Institute for Innovation and Technology. Linnar lectures Innovation Management at Tartu University and has been advising Estonian and many other governments on ICT and Innovation Policy. Linnar works as programme director at e-Governance Academy and is a co-counder and member of the board of Pocopay – all European everyday banking app and Mobi Solutions – active investment and holding partnership in European startup scenery.

 

Kaja Kallas  Member of the European Parliament
Kaja is currently a Member of the European Parliament elected from Estonia and belongs to the Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE). She has previously worked as an attorney-at-law and been a Member of the Parliament of Estonia (Riigikogu), where she chaired the Econimics Affairs Committee. She is also a Vice-Chairman of the Estonian Reform Party. As an attorney, she specialised in the European and Estonian competition law. Kallas works on the Digital Single Market strategy, energy and consumer policies, as well as on the relations with Ukraine.
