Gallerist Master Course 2014

This fall, ECADC is producing its second Gallerist Master Course in Tallinn, Estonia, offering training for both practicing and emerging gallerists.

Under the guidance of Ilaria Bonacossa (Museo Villa Croce, Genova), Nur El Shami (Art: I: Curate, London) and Kirstie Skinner (Outset Scotland), course participants will learn about various artist representation and exhibition models, philanthropic activity in contemporary art, commissioning and developing projects with emerging artists, and managing the logistics of an exhibition, as well as building an audience through engagement and communication. This 6-day intensive course is geared towards MA students with backgrounds in Art History or Curatorial Studies who have a specific interest in long-term collaborations with emerging artists.

Three selected Estonian participants will receive offers for international internships in 2015.
